Learning & Development Officer – Human Resource Department, Head Office, Nuku’alofa
The position reports to the Manager – Human Resource; HR Department
The Learning & Development Officer is accountable for analyzing staff training needs, review existing training programs as well as developing more operational programs to enhance productivity and engagement in the organization.
In addition to the role it is accountable for establishing a staff career path plan for the organization with guidance of the Manager Human Resource.
Key Skill and Knowledge required:
- Diploma in HR is desirable
- At least 2-3 years in an HR department as a senior administrator level
- Experience in facilitation and review of HR/ Learning & Development training programs
- Ability to develop operational training programs customized to client needs
- Excellent Communication skills
- Computer Literacy and Ms Office
- Previous training and course facilitation experiences
- Communication skills
- Relationship skills
- Presentation skills
- Ability to relate to different level of management
- Working with database administration
Remuneration: The post of Learning & Development is at Band 6 with a salary scale ranging from $27,896 – $37,344 per annum. The entry point will depend on qualification and working experience being brought to the job.
