1 Security Documentation/Insurance & Administration –Ha’apai Office
The position Security Documentation/Insurance & Administration Officer reports to the Branch Manager – Ha’apai.
The Security Documentation/Insurance & Administration Officer – is accountable for preparation and ensuring proper control of security documentations and insurances are in place in support to Lending, Accounting & Administration requirements according to the Bank policies and guidelines.
Key Skill and Knowledge required:
- Diploma in Accounting or related field in business is desirable (minimum qualification).
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral (English and Tongan is desirable)
- Computer literacy – Ms Office including Excel, Word etc.
- Time management – ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, meet customer needs and deadlines
- Attention to accuracy, cash security, customer satisfaction and timely transactions
- Ability to work as a team with positive attitude
Remuneration: The post Security Documentation/Insurance & Administration Officer – is at Band 9 with a salary scale ranging from $13,432 to $20,148 per annum. The entry point will depend on qualification and working experience being brought to the job.
