1. The Government of Tonga has received financing from the Asian Development Bank and Australia DFAT towards the cost of the “Outer Islands Renewable Energy Project” (OIREP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for “National – Social and Gender Development and Safeguards Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (SGDSME)”.
2. The Ministry of Meteorology, Energy, Information, Disaster Management, Environment, Climate Change and Communications (MEIDECC) now invites applicants for this position.
3. Applicants will be conducted through an interview process as per the applicable ADB guidelines.
