The initiative will focus on six areas critical for the effective operation of the Public Servants’ services which are;

  1. Leadership
  2. Strategy
  3. Citizens and customers
  4. Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management
  5. Workforce
  6. Operations

Hon. Pohiva told the gathering, that this program is a five year plan with an annual conference of the Ministries coming together to share where they are, in-terms of these categories.

“In the third year, we plan to run the first national awards event with experts from overseas assessing the growth of the Ministries. All in all, this program will enhance through applying best practices and new knowledge the operations of the Ministries in these six categories.”
